Bank Account details will be emailed to customers once purchases have been made. When making bank deposits please use your name as the reference.

We also accept cheque.

Please include your Name, Postal Address, Phone Number/s on the back of cheques. Goods will be dispatched after cheques have cleared.

We accept credit card.

We welcome pick-up with cash payments, please arrange in advance for collection.

Freight

All goods are sent via Peter Baker Transport (PBT). Freight can take anywhere between 1-7 days depending on the location within New Zealand. We are happy to provide you with a consignment note number for tracking purposes. Goods must be signed for unless you advise us to make other arrangements with PBT.

Rural addresses incur an additional charge which is subject to location. Furthermore, delivery to rural addresses may take a little longer.

Damage: We can make claims against damaged or lost goods however; damaged goods must be noted with the transport / courier driver who delivers the good/s unless the damage is not visible from the outside of the carton.

All goods are packaged securely to ensure protection.

Warranty

All Pure-acoustics home theatre product is backed up with a 12 month warranty on parts (not labour).

All Fan Blowers for inflatable bouncers have a 12 month replacement warranty.

We offer a 30 day warranty on other product. This warranty covers potential manufacturing faults. We will either send parts or a replacement product and we will gladly pay freight charges.
