PURCHASING: By purchasing products from The Fun Warehouse you are agreeing to our Terms of Trade.

PRICING: All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars and includes GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT: Bank Account details will be emailed to customers once purchases have been made. When making bank deposits please use your name as the reference. We also accept cheque from existing customers. Please include your Name, Postal Address, Phone Number/s on the back of cheques. Goods will be dispatched after cheques have cleared. We accept credit card and Debit Card.

DAMAGE: If any of your items arrive damaged please contact us within five days of receiving your package. Please ensure all packaging is retained. We will contact the courier company and arrange compensation for you as soon as possible. Please note we may request photographic evidence to provide to our courier.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason (and none of the items or their packaging has been have been opened or damaged) you may return them to us within five working days of receiving them and request a refund or exchange of the items. Please note we do not refund courier fees.

HIRE: Hiring commences on the date, stated on the 'Hire Form' and returned on the date stated by the Hirer. All hired equipment must be back by the date/time given.

TERMINATE A HIRE: The hirer may terminate at any time, giving at least 72 hours notice. This must be in writing, or a penalty will occur.

DISCLAIMER: Please note that all persons using this Bouncy Castle/Equipment do so at their own risk. The person/s or organization hiring this Inflatable/equipment is responsible and liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.
Our Company will not accept responsibility for injury caused to anyone using this inflatable/equipment.
